Return and Exchange Information
If you get your order and you don't absolutely love what you received, we're here to make it right. How? You have a few options:
1. Free Exchanges:
Wrong size? Color not what you expected? Just didn't love it? No problem. If you still want a new pair of shoes (and who doesn't?) follow these simple instructions:

*To qualify for a free exchange, you must place a new order for the item you would like to exchange, and the original order must be undamaged and sent back within 30 days of receipt. New exchange orders follow the same shipping guidelines as original orders, including free shipping over $50 and regular shipping charges for expedited orders/orders under $50 and AK/HI shipments. Before wearing your shoes outside, please take a few minutes to try them on a carpeted surface. This will ensure that we can return the item with no problems. Returns must include the original box and packing materials. To avoid a 10% re-boxing charge the return must be enclosed in a shipping box (the original box the merchandise was shipped in or another similar box of your choice). We reserve the right to limit the number of free exchanges. Exchange labels can only be issued for U.S. addresses.
**Orders for in-stock merchandise received by 2 p.m. MST will ship the same day.
2. Easy Returns:
Decide on no new shoes for now? No problem. Undamaged items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the original ship date. We can provide you with an insured, pre-paid return label so you can simply drop off the package at any drop-off location. By using the electronic return label, $9.95 will be deducted from your refund and your return will be quick and hassle free.

We recommend shipping via a traceable carrier for your peace of mind, and insuring the package to protect against loss or damage.
