The Naot Innovate sandal is a lovely dress sandal with a little sparkle and high quality components. I gave it 4 stars because the foot bed is a wee bit narrow but the fit of a 41 is appropriate for a size 10 foot but those requiring wide sizing may find it too narrow for comfort. I am very pleased with the shoe - very prompt delivery and beautiful for the fall wedding I am attending.
