This is my go-to shoe pretty much all year round...when I get home I immediately put on my Haflingers. Love the arch support and the feeling of coziness I get every time I slip them on. Definitely recommend!
I have been wearing Haeflinger boiled wool clogs for 40 years at least. They can be hard to find and sadly my go to retailer didn't have the model or size I needed and said they couldn't get it. I went online looking for anyone who had the model and size and that's when I found Dodds. The order process was a snap, they shipped the next day and arrived here on the east coast in 5 days. My feet are happy and I'm happy because with these shoes I learned to but 2 at a time and alternate use, that may they last almost twice as long if I was in the same pair every day. This is my second pair of Haflinger clogs. I wore out my first pair. It is difficult to find good shoes in larger sizes. I wear an 11. I needed to have shoes/clogs I can wear around the house many hours a day. They are long enough, and roomy enough as to not bind my foot. I add a supportive insert to give me a better fit, but the clog, itself, is supportive alone. I wear thicker socks as my feet are more narrow.
In final comment, I have a shoe that supports me well, is very well-made, comfortable, and a joy to wear many hours a day. I will continue to buy Haflingers in the future.
