All orders for in-stock merchandise shipped via UPS 2 Day Air received by us by 4pm ET 12/23 will arrive by Christmas. If the package does not arrive by Christmas Eve, we will send you a free UPS return label to send the item back. 95% of our orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse the same business day. Some merchandise may be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Although the majority of these shipments will still arrive by Christmas, they do not qualify for Christmas delivery.
